With the holidays rapidly approaching; which they seem to do earlier and earlier with each passing year, it's time to once again reflect on the past year. Are you truly where you want to be? I don't mean only monetarily, I mean in your life? Sure, financial security is always nice, it's one less thing to worry about, but there are so many more various aspects to our lives than just money. There's family, career, spirituality and so on. The list is endless, as well as our possiblities, when we really think about it.
If you're not happy where you're at, do you have a plan in order to change it? If it's your career, are you seeking other avenues, while still employed? If unemployed, are you looking for a job in the same profession, or like me, are you considering furthering your education and changing your profession all together? If family disputes are making you unhappy, are you waiting for the other to be the first to apologize, or are you going to swallow your pride, be the bigger person and celebrate the holidays in peace?
Whatever road you choose, just make sure to always be in the driver seat. Just please enjoy the ride and make sure to always drive carefully!
